U.S. shipping

Free U.S. shipping applies to orders with a product subtotal of $200 or more. Orders with a product subtotal under $200 have a flat $26.99 shipping fee.

At checkout, enter your U.S. delivery details and continue with a personal advisor. Your order number links to your saved products and address. Your advisor will confirm delivery availability, any applicable tax and delivery estimates, then send you a payment link.

Returns & order support

Before ordering, contact our team to confirm the return conditions for your selected products, including the return window and any shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged or differs from your order, contact us with the order number, a description of the issue and photos so our team can help.

Privacy

We save the products, quantities, name, email, phone number and U.S. shipping address you submit at checkout so our advisors can handle your order. The prepared WhatsApp message includes your order number. Opening WhatsApp lets you review and send that message to your assigned advisor. The contact form also saves the contact details and message you provide so our team can respond.

We record visits and shopping actions to understand store performance. Advertising measurement tools may be enabled for this U.S. store. Your cart is saved in your browser so you can return to it on the same device.
